Eric popped up when we were on the Redfin’s website. We had a few places in mind, and I’m so glad we went with him to show us some properties. Not only was he patient the entire process, but he went far and beyond to put us up to date about each property, notifying us about dates, and reminding us of emails to expect. From the get-go he was transparent with us, and had first hand knowledge of the pros and cons for each place we checked. He was conscientious of our time, and always respectful.

If there’s one man who knows everything about Atlanta it’s Eric. The excitement he has for this city is infectious and his ability to educate you about each area is spot on. He’s a very calming force in what often feels like a storm when buying a home. Because of his years of hands on experience flipping houses, he can get immediately asses the issues/benefits you will have when trying to sell your place in the future. Even with a wife and two kids, Eric makes himself available to you at all times and will happily carve out time for a phone call at any moment. He doesn’t try to push you in any direction but he does tell it how it is. He’s an honest guide in getting you towards your dream house. By the end of it Eric just feels like a close friend trying to help you.

Eric went above and beyond during the entire home searching and buying process! He has now assisted us with finding/buying our last 2 homes and we couldn't recommend him enough! He is responsive, timely, navigated all of our questions for both buying and selling, listened to exactly what we were looking for in terms of property and location; the list goes on and on! His flexibility with our schedule during the day, especially having a toddler, was something that truly stood out!
