Eric was amazing! HIghly recommend. Efficient, well versed in real estate, very good at his job in staying up to date with houses and being super fast about letting you know about them. We initially started with a different relator and after loosing our dream home, gave up. I updated Eric to let him know (we touched base through redfin initially) that we were no longer looking. He kept our conversation in mind and emailed me a few days later with what was a perfect home for us (before our at the time relator even knew about it!). When picking relators I asked one question: What can you do to help our offers be better than the rest? He gave us a talk over 30min explaining ALL the options in an offer and pros and cons and what we could do and what he could do. I was blown away by his wealth of knowledge. He continued to be amazing and finding us PERFECT houses and helping us build offers we were comfortable with. Always offered all the options with pros/cons and never ever pressured us into adding more money. This was key as we are young so learning was important and so was keeping our finances in mind.
