Erik is very professional and cared about all my concerns about each house we looked at. He was very knowledgeable with all the flooring and all the parts of the house that I didn’t even know about. He also would give suggestions to help with window covering and offer help with people he knew if I needed for changing anything I wanted and for the house inspection. He helped me get house insurance when I was having trouble finding a company. He always answered all my phone calls and texts right away! He spent time with me and took me to coffee to get to know exactly what I needed in a house. He went over and beyond even in his busy schedule. I appreciated him very much.
