Incorrect information was given to us regarding changing our minds about our purchase and receiving our earnest money back. While Erika was on vacation, her fill in said that there was no way to back out of the contract as it was written in the contract unless we had a problem with the Homeowners association policy. It was a very stressful time and I would not want to go through this ever again.
