I can’t say enough great things about how amazing Errik was throughout my entire home purchase process! I initially requested a viewing of a condo in a building I loved that was listed by Errik. During the showing, we had such great conversations, and he shared valuable insights about the real estate market in DC. Although he wasn’t my realtor at the time, Errik offered to help me put together an offer since I didn’t have representation. While I ended up being outbid for that condo, I was so impressed with Errik that I knew I wanted him as my realtor moving forward. From start to finish, Errik was incredibly responsive, genuinely listened to my needs, and consistently demonstrated professionalism. He quickly understood my preferences and style, and it wasn’t long before he found the perfect condo for me. The condo had just hit the market, and Errik immediately scheduled a showing. I absolutely loved it! We submitted an offer, negotiated, and had it accepted the very next day. From there, we closed in just 25 days.
