I have bought and sold several properties over the past 20 years, and I am, at this point, frankly cynical about the return on investment for a real estate agent. The commission structure (pending the recent settlement) is rather high for value offered. Natalie, however, was patient and helpful, and offered research-driven advice. I am glad I hired her. The system is broken, and must be fixed. In the meantime, hire Natalie. You won't regret it. She is GOOD. You want her on your side in a negotiation.

I have told everyone I know about Natalie, the best realtor in the USA! She impressed me the first time we talked by phone when she agreed to come over and talk about listing my property for sale as soon as she got her children to bed. She has never stopped impressing me. She sold my house within one week. That party backed out days before closing, She found another buyer within 10 days! Natalie’s standard practices for selling a home are to get the home ready (staging with my furniture, cleaning carpet, and having professional photos made of the home at her expense) and applying her marketing strategies ( making fliers for prospective buyers, networking with local realtors, and making phone calls to real estate acquaintances).
