I cannot say enough about how WONDERFUL Eugene was to us! We lived in St Louis and didn't see our new house until our closing. Eugene took care of EVERYTHING, and I mean EVERYTHING, for us!! The inspection found some major issues including sewer, well and several other deficiencies. He made sure they ALL got resolved and kept us informed of the progress every step of the way. He patiently and consistently answered all of our questions and gave us excellent advice on many matters. This purchase was risky and could have been a nightmare for us, but Eugene's honesty, dedication and exemplary work ethic made it smooth sailing. Thanks a MILLION, Eugene!!
