I worked with Eve to purchase my first home (standalone one bedroom in North Bernal Heights) in 2020 and sell it in 2023, and referred friends to her who worked with her to buy their first place (a condo in the lower Haight). She went above & beyond for both of us, helping me sell my home at a profit after only 2 weeks on the market during one of the highest mortgage rate periods. Not only that, she staged the home for photographs while we were away AND personally helped me move some of our stuff to ensure we were fully out of the home by the move-in date. She is empathetic, knowledgeable and professional. I especially appreciated how clear her communication was with me and how she modulated her approach to be more or less hands-on and more or less detailed in explaining things to me based on my preference. I continue to recommend her to anyone I know who's looking for real estate assistance and if I ever need a realtor again Eve will definitely be my first choice!
