Evelyn is outstanding! She has helped us get our dream home. She helped us negotiate and get great deal, she has fantastic connections - inspection services, closing attorneys, home warranty, lenders - everyone she recommended were fantastic. That saved us a ton of time and headaches looking for all those other services ourselves. She is incredibly responsive! Here’s what I mean. On Friday morning we sent a list of four homes we wanted to see. She scheduled the visits for all four homes for the next day. On Saturday, we toured all four homes, settled on the one we loved. On late Saturday afternoon, we told her about the house we liked and asked her to prepare an offer. She had the offer ready in less than 40 minutes. We reviewed the offer and signed it Saturday night. On Sunday morning she submitted the offer. Sunday afternoon we worked through the counter offer and she helped us with negotiations throughout Sunday afternoon and with revising the offer. Monday morning we finalized revised offer and got it submitted. Monday evening we got the call from Evelyn telling us that we got the house. We saw the house on Saturday afternoon. We had offer accepted on Monday evening. Both my wife and I still feel bad about bothering her over the weekend but we will forever be grateful for her responsiveness and everything she’s done for us to help us get our dream home that weekend and through the rest of the process in the weeks that followed. Evelyn is truly outstanding.
