I don't receive any help from her, I have to do everything by my self. She only texts me, no phone calls at all during the entire process. Even the key for the house, I had to go get it today, on 10/14/2023, because she was supposed to bring it to me after the old owner took some items that was left in the attic. However, she never did that.

We appreciate the feedback shared by this customer. We regret that the closing itself was not a more comfortable and enjoyable experience for her. We definitely make a point to provide detailed information about the process for all our clients and work diligently. After closing, due to a few requests for the listing agent to do a few things, he had the key for about 2 weeks to move something from the property. Moving forward, we will do a better job making sure our clients know about the process of how things would work after.5.0
