As someone who likes to ask a lot of questions before making decisions, his patience and thoughtfulness really helped make us feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. We never felt rushed or pressured to do anything we didn't want to, rather felt empowered to drive the process the way we wanted. Additionally, we really appreciate the services and tools selling through Redfin gave us, from free professional photos and 3D tour to the seller dashboard with informative metrics about the listing. For additional services like staging, Ferid provided us with great referrals too. Working with Ferid and Redfin was one of the best professional contracting experiences I've had in general. We will be going back to him for our real estate needs in the future and I would heartily recommend him to others looking for a solid and honest real estate agent.
