There are hundreds of Realtors out there & everyone knows someone you should hire, but honestly dont look any further. Joseph Flores ( Joe) is your guy. Patient, easy going, well rounded in Realestate knowlege & a work ethic that will make your headspin. Hes there to make you're goal happen whether it buy by or sell your house. In our case it was buy a house. LISTEN CAREFULLY, Joe answered ALL 400 of my questions & what he didn't know he found out. I like to cover all my bases & be on top of everything , question things & he never made me feel bad about it. Joes knowledge also spills over into the lending/loan area.
