Forrest took over and did the best he could in continuing our listing. We think the reduced Redfin workforce only allowed for electronic communications with Forrest, as we never got to meet in person. We were on a tight timeline to sell and Forrest and the Redfin team made it happen. Within 24 hours of me contacting them, they had a team on site and the house was on the market days later. Then sold within 6 days with multiple offers. What more could you want? On top of that Redfin takes only 1% fee on the sales side so you are literally saving 10s of thousands. I really don't understand how anyone else can still get 3%!

Forrest is steady and calm which is nice to have during a real estate transaction when anxieties are high. One thing that impressed me is that once we were priced fairly he pushed me NOT to accept offers that were even 5K or 10K below what he thought was market value. In the end, the price we got was at market and I was happy. It wasn't an easy transaction as we had a renter in the unit which he navigated well with coordinating showings.
