Frances was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we navigated buying our first home. She ensured the terms in our contingency were met, and advocated for us when we needed a response or request from the seller. She made what could have been a very stressful process a lot easier. I recommend her to anyone, especially first-time home buyers that aren't as familiar with the process. She exceeded our expectations and we thank her for her time and commitment!
