Franchesca has been very communicative throughout the process of buying my first condo in San Diego. She has pretty good knowledge of the overall San Diego market but more specifically downtown, where her office is. This was very useful as she could provide insights into intricacies of HOA rules for example some wouldn't allow hard floors in bedroom etc. In the world of online sites to discover homes for sale one wonders role of a real estate agent but Franchesca's network in and around San Diego proved very useful in determining the right offer in a volatile market of 2020.

Franchesca was great! We were auto-assigned her when we walked by a house in our neighborhood and used Redfin to ask to see it. At the time my wife outright said that we were not going to use whatever realtor that Redfin gave us because she knew people in the business. Well, Franchesca won us over immediately and we pushed aside any thoughts of using someone else. She has exactly the right balance of being responsive and present without being pushy--whether this was while touring a home or by email/phone. She showed initiative, took the time to identify other homes that we might be interested in, was almost immediately responsive every time we reached out to her, and was genuinely warm and caring. I had checked out reviews of Franchesca and saw she has sold a lot of high-end, very expensive homes and condos in the past. We were not that type of buyer, but you never would have known it by the way that Franchesca treated us. We felt like the most important clients she had. Can't say enough nice things. We would definitely use Franchesca again!
