We’ve been running around in circles with our previous agent for almost 3 months, with several offers that didn’t push through at all. At first, we disliked Ms. Francis Wells because she would always beat us with her clients on 2 properties that we were interested in at that time. We finally made our decision to switch agent to Ms. Wells because it seems like she had the edge and must be doing some magical strategies with her clients. It was the best decision ever since our offer was accepted right away in just about 2 weeks! She treated us a family more than her clients. Her team, Gaspar & Jubilee are also awesome in guiding us until we closed. Our family will be forever grateful to Ms. Wells and her team in finding us our first home.
