Fred did an excellent job selling my condo. He practically had an open house every week and the pictures he took of it along with the video were over the top. He also helped me buy another house and put me in touch with lenders and was with me every step of the way including going to both closings. In fact Fred is still helping me out now after moving in my new house by making sure that some of the home's defects are taken care of. Fred did it all, making sure I understood everything that needed to be done on the sale of my home and the purchasing of another.

He went beyond and above my expectations. We listed my home 11/2019- not a good time of year to list. Then the plague struck. I moved to Denver 11/2019. Since my home was in a neighborhood of retired folks. Nobody came to open houses. Fred lived across the street from my house. I am an avid gardener; he consistantly watered and weed my flower beds.He was great!

I have worked with many real estate agents over the years and none have come close to matching Fred Ross in the quality of service he provided. Fred is smart, dedicated, hard working, well connected to other resources that might be needed (for me it was everything from a handy man to a roofer) and is a pleasure as a person. As Fred said more than once, "there were many moving parts to this transaction." Fred kept them all in motion and moving forward until the deal closed. I give Fred my highest recommendation. Fred is an awesome against and just does not put your house on mls and hope that it sells. I have sold two places with him and he has a team he calls on to make sure your house is in great shape and ready for sale. He is not afraid to have honest conversations about price but also willing to take risks. In both houses I sold we were top in dollars per square feet. Anyone would be lucky to work with him.
