After the amazing job Garrett did managing our offer on our new home we hired him to list our current home. We found Garrett through a Facebook post listing of a home for sale. We needed a few weeks to get our current home ready to sell. Garrett was very patient with us and after close communication we nailed an offer under 24 hours of being listed!! He kept us in the loop every step of the way with updates from the buyers agent. After selling 4 houses this was by far the smoothest transaction! High recommended for all real estate needs!
