We had a good experience with Gary. He was very clear on the steps we needed to take to sell our home, and buy a new one. He did his best to keep things moving during difficult times with materials shortages. We had 2 buys back out of buying our home, and he ended up buying our home to add to his rental portfolio. He allowed us to live in the home untill our new home was finished. This helped us out big time, both with time and money. He gave us a house warming gift. He sends us tickets to the pumpkin patch each year. And he’s made himself available for advice on new home owndership. I would absolutely recommend Gary to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
