Working with Gavin was easy and comfortable. He made sure that we had access when we needed it to the homes we were interested in and was more than available when we made an offer.. the closing process was smooth and he was responsive at a superior level.I would highly recommend. PS he won't sell or suggest you purchase/offer on a home that will lose value or stall out. This was a huge authenticity point for our young family just getting into the market.
