Geanna was so helpful in every aspect of the home hunting and buying processes. As a first-time homebuyer, she answered all my questions and educated me about all the necessary steps that needed to be taken. She has experience, and it shows! I also didn’t know of any home inspectors or attorneys myself, and she gave me resources and recommendations that I’m very happy with because of her! On top of her knowledge, she’s very personable and has a welcoming presence that made me feel comfortable while asking her questions and making requests. She was also very quick to respond/easy to get ahold of! I would recommend Geanna to anyone I know who is looking for a house!
