With years of experience, Geoff brought invaluable expertise to the process. He could walk through a property and immediately identify potential issues along with estimated repair costs. He also connected me with trusted contractors when needed. His negotiation skills were outstanding—he never pressured me to waive contingencies, but instead carefully strategized to protect my interests and strengthen my offers. Unlike previous agents who focused solely on outbidding with more money, Geoff used creative techniques to make me a strong buyer in a competitive market. He was proactive, prompt in communicating with sellers’ agents, and diligent in submitting offers. Geoff was very professional in handling my beach property. I was very impressed with the pictures and virtual video of my house and lot. He kept me informed on all activity.
