Gerene has it all. She's super knowledgeable about homes, homebuying and the market in Tacoma. She's also very effective and knows just how to craft an offer so it's accepted. Gerene quickly learned what we were looking for and could easily anticipate what we wanted. She was also available whenever we needed her, which was a lot because this is all new territory for us. And then to top off she's warm and full of great energy, which made it fun for us and easy for her to build relationships with listing agents, which no doubt influenced our success. She was the perfect guide through our first home buying experience! An 11 out 10.
