After working with another realtor that was recommended to us and asking him questions that he never answered, I took a stab in the dark and asked my questions to the redfin chat. It put me in contact with Jan and we immediately clicked, and I immediately fired the other guy. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions and no matter how simple she responded right away. Jan made our home buying process so painless, it was like having family take care of it for you. I cannot thank her and Aja enough for the work they put in on our behalf. I honestly could not praise Grace and Grit home group enough!

We had a wonderful experience with Aja & Jan! As first-time homebuyers, they couldn’t have worked any harder to advocate for our family during the process. Aja & Jan are most definitely your go-to agents! We love you guys!

My family and I worked with Ms. Jan. We had an accelerated time frame moving from North Carolina to PA and had to buy our home remotely. We were really lucky that Redfin put us in contact with Jan, she fought hard to both meet our deadline to move home and help us secure the exact home we wanted while also helping alleviate our nerves about buying remotely. I would HIGHLY recommend going through Jan or Jan's office for anything real estate.
