Graham is so professional and very good at negotiations. He listened to our needs and concerns and always put us first. This is the fourth home transaction we have had the pleasure working with Graham on. Highly recommend him to all we speak with regarding real estate.

Graham did a good job overall. He is very responsive and communicated very well. I would recommend him as an agent to other sellers, he was nice to work with. I will not be using Redfin again in the future. The brokerage seems to have high turnover; Graham was our third agent during this transaction alone - the other agents assigned to us quite. The other Redfin agents we used did not seem motivated to sell and did not understand our selling goals, despite our countless conversations. It was apparent both prior agents were ‘on their way out’ while working with them, which added to my frustration since I was selling the house cross-country. I would recommend buyers and sellers go with a traditional brokerage with a more personalized approach to real estate.
