He communicated with us every step of the way, via calls, emails and texts, and always made time for us. As first time homebuyers, we were nervous, and often didn't know what things meant or how processes would work, but he would even get back to us late at night with answers. Aaron got me through what was probably the most problematic, complicated real estate purchase anyone could ever experience. He was careful to proceed in ways that would not jeopardize the transaction which was in danger several times of falling through. We prevailed when the sellers were trying to cheat out of the sale agreement and throw thousands of dollars of costs onto me. He was also patient and calm. Saying that Aaron goes above and beyond is understatement. He's kind of like the Honda guys with their "Random Acts of Helpfulness" where, although they sell cars, they will also help you with your stopped up toilet. Aaron didn't do any plumbing but he probably would have done his best to find someone who could - and at the lowest prices.
Aaron got involved in situations where he could have easily been hands of - but obviously well within his are of expertise - always giving us options of what we could possibly do and letting us know what the possible outcomes could be (both bad and good).
