A little bit about me: I started appraising in 2003 about 3,500 reports, measuring the houses for square footage, judging them for quality-condition-view-location, and driving the comparable sales. Started as owner and broker in sales in 2007 with about mulit-million in sales. I cover Tehama, Shasta, Trinity, and Siskiyou Counties of California.
