I have purchased multiple homes so am very experienced with real estate agents. I must say that Gregory James is the best agent I've worked with so far. Not only is he very thorough and detail oriented when it comes to the terms of the deal, but he was also quick to respond to any of my concerns. His unassuming nature makes him easy to talk and you're comfortable with him from the very start. When I expressed concern about the bathtub not draining in my potential new home, he came with tools ready to help me investigate the issue!
