We like Redfin because of the good deals you get on real estate fees. We’ve used them on past deals, and the service has been fine with the realtor we were assigned. But boy did we luck out when Redfin assigned us Guy Ghanem as our Redfin realtor. He is amazing - knowledgeable, nice, accommodating, on top of everything! He helped us navigate a deal that fell through due to inspection issues, a shady seller on another house, and advised us perfectly on the deal we ultimately got that had multiple bids. He continued service after the closing by getting us into the house when our rent back was over. All in all, if you go with Redfin , pray he is your assigned realtor!
