We came into the Fort Collins market as complete outsiders, and Hailey met us exactly where we were. She patiently walked us through properties we requested that ultimately weren't the right fit. Rather than steering us away, she let the process do the teaching. By the end of that early tour, we knew exactly what we wanted and why. That's good guiding. When it came time to make an offer, Hailey brought real insight into what was possible in this market and helped us navigate an effective and smooth transaction. We didn't feel like we were guessing at any point in the process. What sealed it for us was what happened after closing. Every service provider she recommended absolutely delivered. Not one miss in the bunch (and if you've ever relied on a realtor's vendor list, you know that's rare).
