He analyzes multiple factors in the comparables and also uses his experience to determine the best offer price for each property you tour with him. Generally agents wait for you to finalize the property and then they run the comparables and come up with the offer price which is already too late for me as house offer price is a key factor in finalizing the house. He is very upfront and will reject the property even before you reject it - that shows he is not out there to make his commission. He wants to make sure his clients get what they are looking for. All in all Haleem is very knowledgeable, polite and easy to work with person and I highly recommend Haleem to any and every one looking for houses in bay area.
