I have known Heather (or known of her through family) for years. She was my son-in-law's buyer's agent when he bought the house he and my daughter call home in the Park Hill neighborhood of Denver. When I moved from Chicago to Denver five years ago to be close to them, I naturally relied on Heather as my buyer's agent for a condo in the Congress Park neighborhood; we interacted entirely through FaceTime, and she (and my daughter) were the only people on my team who saw the apartment in person before I bought it. This year, when I decided to move from that wonderful condo to a 55+ rental building in the Central Park neighborhood, I called upon Heather again. Despite the horrible market conditions (especially the generationally high interest rates), she stuck with me and used her expertise and personal skills to make my deal happen. Why WOULDN'T I recommend Heather?
