I want to first start off by saying heather is one of the best realtors ever, her and I I went through a lot by looking at so many housing, putting 7 offers on different houses, it was stressful but heather pushed through and got us the house we wanted, she listened to our concerns and our budget but we made it though, we looked for about a month and closed on April 30th 2021, we got the house of our dreams all because of heather! Heather was fantastic to work with! As a military family moving from NC to WA, buying sight unseen is a scary thought, but Heather went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect house for our family and situation. She returned all communications super quickly, sent video from the listings we wanted to see and was on top of every detail from start to finish. Heather is super knowledgeable about housing near JBLM and to top it off, she's incredibly thoughtful and sweet! We would highly recommend!

When my wife and I relocated to Gig Harbor, WA, we walked into a local real estate office to ask some questions. Heather was the desk agent that morning. She took time to answer our questions and offered to spend the afternoon showing us homes. Because we were only in town for the weekend, Heather adjusted her schedule to spend the following day with us too. She also took the time to introduce us to a mortgage agent, who also came in on her day off to get us pre-qualified. By the time we left on Sunday, we were under contract on an awesome home. I can’t say enough good things about Heather and her team. There’s no one else I’d consider for my real estate needs.
