Lack of urgency on first house I wanted to make an offer on and lost because it went under contract. Lack of response on a few occasions, even the lender noticed this. Redfin is liable for lying about “new roof”, “new furnace” both 24 years old.

Heather was instrumental in helping us purchase our first home. She was extremely knowledgeable about the home buying process and about the home itself. She didn't put pressure on me and let me make decisions on my own but was patient with me with all the questions I had so that I had the knowledge to make good decisions throughout this process. I felt like she was a great advocate for me and was always in my corner, especially during the negotiations. All of her recommendations for partners to work with were great - everyone involved made what could be a very daunting and stressful process go extremely smooth. Above all, she is a very nice person. I would highly recommend Heather to anyone, especially if you're a first time home buyer.
