Heather is simply the best. And not just because we got 56 K above asking and 65 K above the same house, same model that sold next door. Heather was also the sellers agent when we bought our home, and did exceedingly well then as well.

Heather is very competent, always available responsive and very fair. (My wife and I were the buyers, and she carried the listing. I felt no less represented then if she had not been the listing agent) Heather even succeeded in getting Escrow to reduce some fees which I felt were excessive. I would not hesitate to use her services.

Heather immediately showed interest in helping us sell our home. Within days of becoming our realtor, she provided the comps for the area for us and discussed how our home compared to others. We had to accomplish some upgrades to the home before listing it and she was very supportive of that. She discussed the appropriate asking price for the property with us prior to listing the home. Once the house was listed, she scheduled an open house and had numerous prospective buyers interested in the property. She discussed which buyer would be the most stable choice to qualify for the loan and we went forward with her recommendation. The house closed escrow rapidly. She did an excellent job for us and we would recommend her highly.
