I've known Daryns for years both personally and professionally. Early last year, I had a tricky situation with a divorce and I need to find a house quickly. Since I knew Daryn was in the business and that he had a good reputation, I called him. From that moment forward he had my back. Fast forward a few weeks and we were making an offer and expediting the closure process. I'm now in the absolute perfect house for what I need, and Daryn continues to check on me even after nearly a year to make sure I am good. He is the real deal, knows the industry like the back of his hand, and is one of the most determined people I've ever met.

We moved from Texas to Utah and Daryn helped us navigate a variety of options. We initially looked at land in a fairly remote area and Daryn made us feel confident when it came to making offers and understanding fair prices. He partnered with us for about a year as we made multiple trips to Utah and ultimately landed on a single family home in South Jordan.
