When we decided to sell our home, we used AI to research highly rated Real Estate agencies in Vancouver. Redfin came out on top. I called the phone number listed and was refered to Holly. How fortunate we were! Two years ago, we put our house up for sale but had to prematurely take it off the market because of family illness. We really were not impressed with the agent...particularly as we began our association with Holly. Holly called and made an appointment to visit our home. We were very impressed that, before her visit, we received via email a very impressive and well presented packet of exactly what to expect from Redfin. The packet even included analysis on the approximate sales value of our home based upon home sales in the area. First class! Our very positive impression of Redfin continued as we met with Holly. She spent nearly 2 hours with us explaining further what to expect by working with Redfin and what the next steps were. Because we were so pleased with Redfin and Holly, we opted to move forward with Redfin. During the course of placing on the market and then ultimately selling our home, Holly was very patient with us as we kept her engaged by asking her a lot of questions. We were very impressed with Holly's willingness to not only answer the questions but actually educate us by going beyond what we asked. That was so helpful through out the process. Another thing about Holly that was so great is that she was very approachable and she always responded quickly to voice mails or texts. That was very helpful. We were very surprised when we received and offer for our home one day after listing. That was totally unexpected. Holly helped us to determine the right selling price for our home which led to a quick sale. We ultimately received three offers. Holly patiently guided us through the process of accessing each offer and determining which would be best to accept. And she was right. Because of complications encountered during the appraisal phase, the prospective buyers stepped up and helped resolve the complications. We chose the right offer! Even though there were complications and stresses encountered during the sale/closing process, Holly maintained a positive attitude throughout. She was always very encouraging to us even though we were worried and stressed. That was so helpful when we kind of felt like giving up. She saved the day! Lastly, we always felt that Holly was a very strong advocate for us. We came to learn and value highly that she was not afraid of going to battle for our side. We often told Holly that she was our hero or our angel. We truly feel so fortunate that we had the opportunity to work with her. We'll never forget how awesome she was!! Mike and Ruth Ann Brewer

Holly and her team did a great job of keeping me informed and was able to find contractors to address issues that occurred before and after the inspection for an on time closing.
