He is super responsive, really knowledgeable about the complexities of buying land for a custom build, and also went above and beyond by making a detailed video explaining to us how to figure out important details like wetlands and what water source(s) would be available at the Skagit properties we were considering. With his help we were able to narrow down the list of properties we like to ones that were actually feasible for our plans, and we now have our dream acreage to start building our home and farm.
