James and his team is highly professional and experts in real estate. I did not even know him the first time I called him and he jumped over to find right property for me. I was fed up with real estate agents who were lazy and unprofessional. But James quickly found great options for me and he processed everything swiftly and coordinated every bit and peace with seller, sellers agent, lender, ticor, notary, HOA office and I had nothing to worry about. He is honest, intelligent, great negotiator and knowledgable enough to handle and verify documentation etc. If you want peace of mind you should contact James and go to sleep.
