They knew the market and they knew about construction and building. Most importantly though they cared. I expressed some concerns with Hope from the very beginning that she dismissed. I feel that if she had listened to me the process would have taken alot less time! As a result it cost me much money in my moving experiences.

Hope is excellent! I've been thinking of selling our rental house in Florida for a while, so I've emailed her once a year to look at comps and each time she got back to me quickly and never pressured me to sell. We finally sold our house as an out-of-state closing during the pandemic, and she handled all of the challenges beautifully. It was very difficult to get people out to make small repairs before closing, but Hope coordinated everything beautifully. I am still in awe of her! I can't recommend her highly enough. She will be our go-to for any transactions in her area.
