After three years we decided we wanted to sell our rental property. My first step was researching real estate agents on Zillow. I was very impressed with all of the glowing reviews that Keith had and quickly decided that he was the right agent to sell our property. Working with Keith from start to finish was great. He answered all of my questions and gave us amazing suggestions to get our property ready for the market. We put our house on the market 7/10/21, had multiple offers in less than 24 hours, and closed above our asking price 8/25/21. We are very happy with the service we received and highly recommend Keith!
