Huy is very prompt and precise in communications and always listen to our requirements while is on our side; I am not good at dealing with pressure-sales and so glad that Huy is very patient and always provide his takes on the market, specific listing, and buying strategy; they aligned well to my family's needs, budget, and timeline. I found Huy not helpful in price discovery, pushed me to get into contract without proper disclosures. He didnt maintain good faith, disclosed things to seller when I cancelled contract. (even when i explicitly not told him to do) It cost me several thousands to resolve it.

We started looking with a specific criteria in mind, and our criteria changed pretty quickly, and through it all Huy was flexible, knowledgeable, and were able to guide us through it. Huy gave us many advice and we were impress with Huy's knowledge of the pitfalls/advantages and disadvantages of each property that very helpful to us in making our decision. Huy was also incredibly punctual, and very responsive to us, even when we had so many questions that we threw at him at random hours of the day. Thanks to Huy, we were able to find our dream home to start our family with, and grateful for the whole team that work hard to get our home.
