Ian was a delight to work with. He always provided options for us to make decisions on. He was a good communicator and kept us updated on all the details. Our home sold in a couple of days and we had closed in a little over three weeks. Ian kept on top of all the details for the seller and the buyer in order to make that timeline happen.
