Dmitri and I were so lucky to run into Ian. When we first met him we knew right away he’d be the best agent for us. He is super knowledgeable, relatable, and very easy to talk to. He has a kind and funny demeanor which made it feel like my husband and I were shopping for a home with a friend. Ian is super passionate about real estate and knows many things about numerous neighborhoods. Ian was very thorough and informative when it came to putting in our first offer (we were first time home buyers). He even worked around our kids and their nap schedules. I like that you can text him with any questions and he is always responsive. I found it super helpful that he’d go through the disclosures and talk them over with you going over any red flags and positive aspects of the home. He’s also has a really great personality and that makes it easier for you as the buyer and for when he has to work with the sellers agents. People want to work with Ian.
