Iris is a very nice person and pleasant to deal with however she lacks significant attention to detail and good communication which had a negative impact on the experience and final cost of the home. In fairness, Iris did cover some of the costs this caused but not all additional costs. We are experienced home buyers and would personally not engage Iris or Redfin again.
