We are super happy that we selected Iris as our realtor. She is available anytime when we want to ask a quick question, and specially one of the main things that we liked about her was the fact that she never forced us to take decisions. Whenever we did rounds with her checking houses, she never pushed us on making a final decision. If we did not like the house, then she was like, “OK, let's keep on looking for a better place" instead of trying to sell or force us to like a house we don't like. While doing the rounds, she never followed us and bothered us when walking around the house. She just opens the door and let us evaluate the house without following us, but whenever we had a question, she is super attentive. During the closing period also, she never dropped the ball on us. We were a first-time homebuyer, and she understood that 100% and explained every little minor step along the way. She always respected our decisions, never persuaded us to take a decision that we do not like to take. I really felt she worked on behalf of our benefit, understanding our situation. I never felt that she was trying to just get this over with nor worked in favor of any other party than us. I can recommend Iris 100% to anyone. She is simply an awesome human being and a top-notch realtor. You can't go wrong working with her.
