Finding Karri and Isadora truly felt like my wildest Christmas wish come true. I submitted a Redfin request late on December 22nd, not expecting an immediate answer due to the holidays, but figuring I needed to start the process. Isadora called first thing the next morning, asked some thoughtful questions to understand my budget and housing wish list, and, due to holiday travel, called Karri to see if she could fit in a tour that morning. Within an hour, we met Karri for our first tour. Karri was knowledgeable about the unit, despite the short notice, and answered all our questions about the housing market, the property, and how to approach the Boulder area as a first time buyer. Although neither unit was a good fit, Karri approached them objectively, honestly and optimistically -- using the space as an opportunity to understand all the random preferences that come with home ownership. She kept that approach with every place we toured - even those that were abundantly clear not to fit what I was looking for. She's delightful to spend time with, so house shopping was energizing and accessible -- as if a friend and I were going on a treasure hunt. When the listing that matched my absolute dream list of qualifications hit the market, Karri spotted it and sent it to me within 15 minutes; we were the first to tour and she coached me through how to structure and pitch an offer. Her team moved quickly - and we were the first to submit an offer. When I had second thoughts, she supported me in working through my indecision and doubt -- assuring me that I shouldn't move ahead if I had changed my mind and indulging my efforts to collect more information and work through my own decision making process. When I did decide to go through, she guided the contracting process with ease and grace; perhaps there were 1000 fires behind the scenes, but I never saw or knew of them. She reminded me of deadlines and offered to help work through the paperwork if needed. Karri maintains that her motivation is in helping her clients find their dream homes (not making sales) and that approach flows through every interaction with her. Honestly can't recommend her or her team highly enough!

Karri has been absolutely amazing and super helpful with our purchase and selling of our property. We were even thinking of buying a home possibly next year and we wouldn’t use anyone else but her and her group. We were highly impressed and so happy with Karri.
