I made it very easy for the sale. I just feel personally when you’re trying to read these emails from a phone or even a computer and you’re limited on time and they tell you to sign sign sign. I believe they should read over and say this is not gonna be good for you cause I’ve had to pay all closing costs in this and that from this company that he let me know it’s gonna be a hard one, but I feel a fight should’ve been for his client against their client.

We started working with Isaiah over two years ago, and he stayed with us through the entire search. Dozens of showings, a lot of near misses, and more questions than I can count. He never pushed us toward something just to get a deal done, and he never made us feel like we were wearing out our welcome. That patience alone puts him ahead of most agents. What we appreciated most was his honesty about the properties themselves. He would point out the things we might have missed and tell us plainly when something wasn't worth pursuing. When we did find houses we loved, he was sharp on strategy, helping us structure offers that were competitive and negotiating firmly for us. Buying a home is stressful, and having someone in your corner who actually knows what he is doing and picks up the phone makes an enormous difference. Isaiah did that for us for two years straight. We're grateful, and we'd recommend him without hesitation.
