So was a little skeptic in the beginning about how my experience with Juan Sanchez would be as my agent. Being and investor, (anyone in this field knows an investor will be very needy, require a lot of attention and a lot of answers), allow me to tell you this young man stepped up to the plate and hit a homerun! I for one have not been left wanting; He has gone the full mile for anything I have asked. In some sadistic way I even tried to get him to tap out. He never flinched and never backed down from any task necessary. In Return I have worked with him on the purchase of 5 properties this year (just closed on #5), ranging from residential to commercial; and am very happy to say I am working with him on the 6th investment property in less than a year. This young man is hungry and will to go the distance. With his wide range of expertise and contacts and knowledge of the state of Washington, together we have closed on deals from the Seattle Metro Area all the way to Eastern Washington !!! Talk about an Agent that can wear many hats and deliver on his promise to make this an easy and favorable experience for his customers. If the Real Estate Industry had a super hero, that name would be Juan " Mr. Juanderful" Sanchez. I put my money where my mouth is, a bullish investor as myself with unforgiving demands, Juan Sanchez , hands down has become my go to...
