Jack was amazing. I happened to find a great place during a weekend open house that I knew I had to grab fast. So I set up a walk-thru for the upcoming Monday with Redfin. I first met Jack at the walk-thru and he gave me some of his tips for things to notice in a house and neighborhood that was appreciated. The next day I told Jack I'd like to put in an offer and we were off and running. Jack was there to advise me during the whole process, answering all my questions and concerns. Thanks to Jack I was able to close smoothly and move into my new home.

This was our first home buying experience and the best decision we made throughout the process was to decide to work with Jack Mager! He was very knowledgeable, provided information on every question we asked, and helped us make an informed decision. Most importantly, Jack was never late when we had an appointment; he always arrived early to check the houses for us before we arrive. In addition, he always responded our text message or phone calls right away, which was huge for us because we had a lot of burning questions as the first home buyers. I also felt very comfortable asking questions and discussing my options with him. We really appreciate him being so patient and approachable. I would definitely work with Jack again!
