Jackie is very professional and knowledgeable with high desert properties. She, and her team not only sold my house, but also sold a empty lot that we had in a short period of time. I was able to concentrate on packing and searching for a new house out of state, while she worked hard looking for a buyer. Highly recommend her service.

Jackie was responsive, efficient, and respectful throughout the entire process of selling my cabin. I would be lying if I said it was easy, but throughout everything she walked me step by step. I had lots of questions and Jackie was amazing at answering those and bringing me so much peace during this time. I will recommend her to anyone and everyone I know in need of a real estate agent!

Communication is key in a real estate transaction. I was constantly updated through the beginning process and received detailed numerous updates during the closing process. I was just looking around on Redfin, more curious about what homes in our area were selling for, and then accidentally stumbled on a property that I was immediately drawn to. I clicked on a "contact an agent: button, and Jackie called me within 15 minutes. I let her know we were not actually looking to buy at the time, but that I really wanted to see this property and she said that was no problem, she'd be happy to show us the property. One turned to four, and she scheduled them all for the same day and took us out "knowing we weren't committed". Once our appointment was done, she handed us her card and we went our separate ways. She went above and beyond to help make sure everything was taken care of even so far as to handle things that real estate agents normally don't when things were going wrong with the loan agency. She was there for us morning and night we could call her very early or very late and she always answered us or got back to us right away, she made it feel like we were her only client even though she was working with multiple clients. She always answered our questions as best she could or found the answer out for us.

I have already recommended her to the rear neighbor of the property she represented me on. The rear neighbor is interested in obtaining adjacent properties or other properties in the area and had no idea how to approach it. He advised that he had spoken to a representative of one of the properties and the representative was non-responsive. I advised him that I had the same problem when I wanted to obtain the present property and contacted Jackie. I now own the property.
